    New Breakfast meal!!!

    oatmeal cinnamon pancakes

3/4 cup of oatmeal messured dry
8 egg white - I use the ones that are in the 250ml carton.
    1 whole egg -
4-5 shakes of cinnamon or to your liking.

mix in bowl with fork or wisk

Spray large frying pan with non fat pam or any non fat spray.

poor contents into pan and cook on both sides like a pancake.

pour some natural maple syrup and enjoy. Makes a pancake the size of a dinner plate.

thats the famous "Yates Cake." That was all dorian ate for breakfast during bulking......great for you and doesn't taste bad, try throwing in some vanilla extract, helps out a litte, sometimes a tiny bit of peanut butter is good.

Cook up something the night before.
I usually have a chicken breast & 1 cup of oats raw mixed in a protein shake.

This recipie is the shit! I now eat it for breakfast every morning. I left out the cinammon and used 2-3 packets of apple cinammon flavored oatmeal instead. Tastes great! Also topped with fresh fruit is good.

I am sure it would taste very similar..the only thing you have to watch out with putting in those instant oatmeal packages is the sugar content. You are already going to get more sugar then you need for the maple syrup.

And fast it takes just as long as scrambling some eggs...takes me about 6-7 minutes to put the hole thing together. It is well worth it.
