    Awesome Eggs NO FAT!

    Just made them, soooooo awesome!!!

as many eggs "whites" as you like, should be room temp.
beat them in a glass bowl until you form peaks. Add splenda if you like!
put them into a glass casserole and bake them at 450 deg. until the top turns a nice brown. About 20 minutes for 6 eggs.

    Their done!! Enjoy

    Meringue

I thought if I called it meringue people would think it's a high fat dessert, if they were unaware of how to make it. I also tried to make it sound really simple to make. I had completely forgot how great this was to eat, thought I'd share!!

    Thanks for the reply

    Peaks!

    Hey biggnik,
when you beat the eggs, the whites will become stiff, right? they should form peaks (like mountain peaks) when you remove the beater. cool?
