I make this stuff all the time and eat it w/ triscuits or some other high fiber cracker. You can double or triple it and throw it in the fridge for a while too,
1 big can o' tuna
2-3 stalks of celery
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp minced cucumber
2 tbsp mayo
splash of worchesteshire (sp) sauce
pepper to taste
Just mince the celery and garlic, then mix everything up and eat.
