This may sound sick, I thought so till I tried it the other day. And if your supplements run you in the poor house like me, you can't always pay the extra .70 cents for albacore tuna instead buying the cheap stuff. Crushed Pineapple will kill the bad fishy taste and it actually isn't bad.

ya it works. Also, I'm not sure if you eat ground beef, but one of my favs, which also combines a few of my fav bbing foods is making burgers with these ingredients: 2lbs of lean burger, 4 eggs, 1cup of onion, some hot sauce(Louisiana hot sauce) and a little rolled oats to hold it all together.
