The Dressing Room Recipe # 3

Creamy Italian
1 cup of low-fat sour cream
2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Each of grated Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, and honey
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 green onions, white parts only, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. each salt and black pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using. Store in an airtight container or jar with a lid in the refrigerator. Shale well before using. This dressing will keep for 3 to 4 days

Makes about 1=1/4 cups
