Thread: Shrimp Scampi

In a 13 by 9 baking dish, Put one stick of butter or 1 and 3/4 cups of chicken broth.
Melt the butter first add everything else.
2 TB. lemon juice
1TB. white wine
Then Add Lots of minced garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
And a couple dashes of hot sauce (Franks Red Hot Suggested).
Place under broiler until shrimp are brown
DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THE OVEN. It burns real quick.
I am a big fan of eating by its self or by throwing it over some fresh greens.

Thanks man....God I love that. It's my favorite food, uncle makes it all the time for me in Iowa, never knew the recipe cept there was alot of butter in it. He threw in some Budweiser too . Do you know the protein/fat ratio to it?
