Breakfast To Go
I have a brutally long commute every morning so the faster I can get out the door, the better. Does anyone have any ideas for low carb breakfasts that I can make pretty easily and east in the car?

you could make egg burritos with meat the night before wrap it tight in plastic wrap and throw it in the fridge (this will help hold it together in the morning) nuke it before you leave.
cottage cheese cups... fairly low carb. (not the best breakfast meal, but fits the bill)
could also make eggs and sausage, put it in tupperwear.
