    Awesome Egg and Beef Omlette

This one is for you low-carb lovers.....

    Ground Beef Mixture:
    - 1 lb. of Ground Beef
    - 1/3 cup of diced frozen onions
    - 1/3 cup of diced frozen green peppers
    - lots of Tabasco Chipotle sauce (about 2 tblsp. I guess)

Brown the meat, onions, and peppers all together. When almost completed, add the Chipotle Tabasco sauce.

    Egg Mixture:
    - 5 egg whites and two whole eggs (or whatever egg combo you like....just make sure it thinly coats a large frying pan)

When the eggs are finished, pour about 1 cup of the beef mixture on half of the egg omlette. Add your favorite 3/4 cup of cheese (mine is Sharp-Ass Cheddah), and fold the egg over the meat and cheese like a taco. Wait for the cheese to melt.....and Voila. AWESOME! Top with a little bit of Chipotle if you like to spice it up a bit.

Another plus, is that you have some ground beef left over for another one for another day.

    EAT UP!

the macronutrient profile basically depends upon what you're using.....as far as eggs, cheese, and %fat of the beef you purchase; I don't worry about the fat in the cheese, but I drain the beef numerous times, and let it sit on a paper towel for a while....and as far as the eggs go, I use mostly white; I use this while I'm doing keto, so really, all that matters is that I know there is less than 3 carbs per serving, and that's just b/c of the peppers and onions
