    Ostarine Cycle Log

    Will be dosing Ostarine at 12.5mg 6 days a week for 4 weeks

    Taken in morning on an empty stomach.

    Im 18, 6'0 and 172lb around 9% bodyfat.

    Goal is to use Ostarine in a bulk cycle to put on some lean mass. Aiming for around 4-6lb of lean gains in 4 weeks

    Using following split:

    Monday - Chest
    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Arms
    Saturday - Heavy squats and deadlifts
    Sunday - Rest&Recovery

    Other supps:

    Anavite (Multivitamin) 6 tabs a day
    Con-Cret 2 scoops a day
    DAA 4g a day

    First day (09/08/2012)

    Took 0.3ml (15mg of ostarine) today.

    No sides

    Split for today was shoulders:

    Hit a new personal best on shoulder press today (normally 32kg for 4-6 reps) but today I managed 36kg x 6 with a bit of spot

    Calories about 3000. Diet reasonably clean, oats, chicken, steak, but I still had some fast food

    Sweet, what is your ideas on how suppressive the product is?

    I take DAA whle on it so it should help the osta become less supressive. even if I do end up being suppressed to some degree, it wont be as bad as using actual aas i believe.

    (10/08/2012)

    Took 15mg of ostarine today.

    No sides so far, first day had a bit of trouble sleeping, today I fell asleep from 7pm up to 1am, must have been uni stress or something.

    Trained arms today, did not try to left heavier weight but felt like it was easier to curl the 20's.

    Something today also made me extremely hungry at lunchtime and I ate 2x what I normally would eat at uni. Not sure if this was a side of the osta or not.

    Calories hit today about 3000. Diet reasonably clean, had to eat a lot of chicken and rice because of uni.

    if you realy want to bulk you need to increase those cls big time im only 5'7 and eat about 5000-6000 aday 2 grams of perlb of body weight you have to eat to grow when i eat like that gains our through the rough that 1 gram perlb is for fitness models or athletes trying to stay in a certain bodywieght for there sport

    i dont know about 5000-6000 cal a day... im 5'6 about 175 13% and im eating 3080-3120 every day for bulking i mean i understand that it has to do with exercise and all, but i dont think is TDEE is gunna be much more than 2800 cal/day... something to go to the nutrition section i reckon
