Weight 90kgs roughly 200lbs
Height :6'3
Bf%: 14%

Worked out for roughly a year going to use this for my cut

My does will be 25mg 2x a day = 50mg
And i will be dosing for 30 days (1 month) and not using 5 on 2 days off.

Day 1:

Chest day/tris/ shoulders
Noticed a little bit this could be due to my improved chest training or the s4 most likely the improved training though
felt a better endurance but again this could be due to improved diet.

1: How suppressive is s4 (I heard it isn't at all):
