    Using Serms

I'm using 250mg of Test e once a week. This is my very first cycle. I'm not a lean guy so I'm worried about the conversion to estrogen. Should I be taking Nolvadex during my cycle or after to prevent the negative effects of estrogen? I also know its benefits for PCT. Help is appreciated.

In your other thread you said you hadn't started your cycle. And that you were 25-30% bodyfat.

Get your bodyfat down before you cycle. Learn how to diet (visit our diet section) and do lots of cardio.

When your bodyfat is 15% or less then you can revisit this cycle after you do some reading about dosages, compounds, on cycle ancillaries and pct plans.

    Good luck.
