Would lgd 4033 (Ligandrol) at 250mg/ml be possible?

I'm interested in creating a solution of lgd 4033 in Peg 300 at 250mg/ml for dosing out of a visine bottle drop-wise. What's the highest concentration anybody has a seen or would theorize?
