    Cycle for endurance athletes

Does anybody have any experience with cycles for endurance athletes? We train 30 hours a week, 75% aerobic, 15% anaerobic and 10% strength (weights) Like you guys, we have a huge protein intake (2-2.5g/kg) we eat every 2 hours, about 5,000kcals/day.

I've heard tha Testosterone and boldenone are the best combination and adding HGH would be even better. Any ideas of how much/often ?
Next big event in 12 weeks. Thanks

I used to do endurance events (adventure racing, mountain biking, etc). I used test while training for several races and it worked quite well. I certainly don't think it hurt anything. Just have ancillaries and use pct.

Boldenone & hGH would be beneficial to your joints from all the pounding they are probably receiving whereas testosterone can be damaging to your tendons and collagen levels. If you run one of each, that should help minimise potential injury.

    Cycle for endurance athletes II

I've been using hgh 4iu/day (I'm 175lbs) and 200mg of Test/week. Is Deca beneficial for me? Would help my strength and recovery? Or it will only cause water retention? Remember weight is always an issue for us (make us run/climbing on the bike slower) so, water retention is bad....

Given your circumstances (and I am in a similar situation) the only thing I would add/change would be to add some anavar and maybe up your testosterone amount.

What type of testosterone are you using?

For less bloat I would run testosterone propionate at 50mg every day

Anavar I would run at 40-50 mg a day for 6-8weeks

Yup, EQ raises red blood cell counts. Its like training in the bubble. But 12 weeks is cutting it kinda close as far as drug tests go. Good luck.

Everything that would boost the rbc is the key because it will make me soooo much faster.....
The test I'm doing is the Cypionate (because tha's what I have right now) I'm not familiar with anavar mentioned, could you clarify the effects? Also EQ is Boldenone , right?

Nandrolone would be nice for strenght, muscle and joint recovery. You may put on 100mg of deca /week (along with test), that would work fine.
My pal's also take EPO for rbc boost, they are triathletes also.

Nandrolone would give me water retention and it would make me heavy, right?

Weight will make me run slower......

I know about EPO but it's kinda tricky and hard to fins here...

Well test cypionate is going to give you water retention unless you use something like nolvadex or arimidex to counteract the bloat. Anavar is also known as Oxandrolone, its profile is in the drug profile section on the homepage.

I have some Novaldex, how do you recommend me to take it to avoid the water retention? Is the Novaldex going to make the effect of the Cypionate weaker? Increase dosage? Currently I'm taking 200mg/week

Thanks for all the info, it's really helping me....
