I'm taking tongkat and arimidex to boost my test levels. I like the arimidex because it also helps reduce water retention. Bryan, supplement guru, recommended 0.5mg of Arimidex ED for 1 month. I'll take the tongkat for a little over a month. I'm thinking of finishing it off with some trib but am undecided on which to purchase.
