    deca for tendonosis/tendonitis?

have suspected tendonitis or tendonosis in my pec major tendon, and possibly in my supraspinatus rotator cuff also. Along with Ice, relative rest, massage and stretching, what about adding deca to the mix?

Im pretty experienced with AAS usage, and have used deca several times. I feel great on the stuff.

I know it will most likely mask the pain, which isnt what I am trying to do, but would the water retention in the joint have any benefit in actually improving the condition?

Its been known to lubricate a bit more...but you know it will not take care of the problem...the few you mentioned above sound more like what you need to do.

deca + LOTS of GH helps alot.
when i say lots of GH i mean lots LOL but deca has helped my knees many times in the past at a dose of 300mg/wk (both knees have been worked on and have many issues w/ them)

First you must figure out the problem and what is causing your self diagnosed tendonitis. Then with proper rehab deca might be of some assistance in helping it get better. I have taken deca through rehab several time at low doses with great results. IMO go see a physiotherapist and figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.

I'm dealing with Tendonosis with My hamstring. I've had it since November and I am finally going to phsycial Thearpy. The strange thing I've noticed is when I started Winstrol back up, the pain has gone away.

I am not sure Deca will help with that. The 'itis is more of a tendon inflamation problem and Deca's better for lubricating joints like the shoulders, knees and elbows. Joint pain is very different then tendon inflammation.

I had really really bad tendonitis in my elbow from lifting and playing guitar. Glucosamine with MSM and chondroitin worked like a charm.

first off, this is not self-diagnosed. I got the analysis from my shoulder specialist, who has performed surgery on me 3 years ago.

I am using Glucosamine, chondroitin, shark cartilage and collagen, although no MSM, and have been for about 3-4 weeks.

As some have stated, I know deca would likely take the pain away, but the pain isnt the issue, i was curious as to whether it would HELP the condition in the long run.

Thanks for all of your responses, all much appreciated
