    well i stopped all that vitamin c cuz Ironmaiden convinced me too

    and bam!! started feeling shittty

    so the last 2 days ive been megadosing again. hope it helps fight off the rest of the cold

    sucks you didnt sleep well. i hate that

    ill go check that thread out

    Yeh gear, he is a legendary home brewer round these parts, he had been doing it for over 5 years with no problems. He supplied myself and all our peeps, only people he knew and trusted. It was only a small scale thing, maybe 30 peeps he supplied, but one of them told a friend, and that friend ratted my boy out. The worst thing is he hasn't done any brewing this year, but they searched his place and he had 25 jin kits and like 20kg of powders.

    he showed me some research paper from some vitamin journal or such that stated that the body wont absorb all of the vit c you intake.

    like if you ingest 1000mgs it will absorb lets say 85% of it

    but if you ingest 3000mg the body will only use like 15% of it.

    so taking more actually equals to your body using less

    something to that affect.

    i forget details. he had a whole article that wasnt just one person doin the research.... it was like a medical journal that had a few different research info combined or something
