    Hello Everyone

    New to the forums. I have been reading up on AAS and I must say that this site is on top of it. It is thorough and well organized. I know I will need help with some advice later down the road I have A LOT to learn. Until then. Hi Everyone!

    Nothing right now just vitamins.

    I have done one cycle of TestEn and did the first three weeks incorrectly. The last 6 weeks were amazing though. I followed it with PCT Nolv. (Aug-Oct 09)

    I know how to diet and manipulate the ratios for nutrition. I have many variations of training. High reps light/Low reps Heavy/Circuit/HIT. I feel I have the genetics to pack on muscle real easily but I need this side of the story before I consider walking onto a stage to compete though. Any advice is greatly appreciate.

    So what supplement should i take to assist in fat loss guys? I started to diet and my cardio is back up to 35 mins....the blisters on the feet suck! lol

    I took some otc products but they just werent cutting it. I read up on clen but i am unsure how it will affect me when i come off (the whole thyroid issue). I tried ephedrine but i gained back body fat really fast when i stopped...Any suggestions? I want to see ABDOMEN AGAIN! lol
