im trying to source a egg whites in a carten!?
im living in ireland, can someone help me out?

im in dublin and the only place ive bought whites from before is myprotein.com, buy all my supps there. 6 x 1 litre bottles of eggs whites (32 whites in a litre i think it said) is about €35. they dont cook as well and are more expensive then buying eggs urself and spliting them.

your probably right mate.. 45 is steep for it... might give them a try and see anyway.
you ever try fitnessireland for supps, free delivery.. im ording some protein tonight so might have a look at myprotein.com

myprotein is free delivery over €120 so i just order in bulk :P or else the supp shop in my gym (westpoint) and i didnt see much of it :P was freezing anyway! just sunny
