    Diet Assistance Please:)

I posted a thread in members pictures showing how I currently look here. 6'1, 180lbs, 15%+ bf, aka 'skinny-fat' lol
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ch-route-to-go

At this point, I don't think AAS would do my any good?

So my goal is too have a lean, hard and dense 'Hollywood' look.
Based on the pix in my other thread, where should I start?
I have looked at the sample diets but am still a bit confused on what is best for 'me'

Thank you in advance for anyones help.

2,500 cals, stay paleo, workout hard, 20 minutes HIIT cardio after your workout. Balls to the wall. Mass comes with time.

Ps. no, a steroid cycle is not a good idea. Also unless you have vampire teeth tan up and you will look much better bro.

Thanks. Curious why are you recommending that I stay Paleo?

It's healthy. YOu can add things that aren't really paleo but try to stay as close to natural sources as you can. The farther you get down the processed road the worse the food is for you.

I agree. As Arthur De Vany is who turned me onto it.

Just not sure how to plan out my diet using it?
In Arthurs book, The New Evolution Diet. He states that eating 3 meals a day and skipping meals, fasting often is good. However I noticed that when I only eat 3 meals a day I can't function. My blood sugar dives and I almost pass out.

    Suggestions?

What are you eating that is spiking and then crashing your blood sugar? Lower GI carbs will prevent that crash. Sweet potato is good.

Well lets see when I was 100% Paleo. A typical day would be breakfast: eggs, bacon, and fruits,
lunch: mixed veggie salad with poultry, using evoo and balsamic vinegar for dressing,
    and then dinner usually fish and veggies. In between meals, say I ate breakfast at 8am, by 11am or so I would feel like crap and almost pass out. :-{
Not sure if this matters, but before I ever tried Paleo, I was eating the 6 small meals a day and rarely had that crash feeling.

    >>So 2,500 cals, with a 30/40/40 ?
    187g Pro/250g Carb/83g fat ?

You don't have to be 100% paleo but eat more often bro. Idk why you are crashing. You must be eating the wrong fruits. Try eating berries and bananas. Juice is what I do. easier to get in the cals. I prefer smoothies.

Your diet should be like 40%protien/40%carbs/20%fat. Something along those lines. I don't do cals that way anymore but its a good start.

Is there any easier and faster way to calculate macros besides writing down all the info from the nutritional facts label of every single thing I eat?
