    Ex Mordidly Obese Guy Needs HELP!

    Hey, my name is JC. I'm 24 years old. I spent the majority of my life morbidly obese, with my highest weight at 410 pounds. One night at age 21, I woke up at 2am, gasping for air ... I couldn't breathe! I pounded on my chest, clenched my throat, jumped up and down in the air, tried to scream, and nothing. I thought I was going to die that night. By some miracle, I woke up in the morning. I don't remember passing out or anything that night. I just knew that I had to take control of my health, or I'd die. THis led me to find out that I had sleep apnea, borderline diabetes and high blood pressure. I got my $hit together. Counted every calorie, ate 6 times a day, went to the gym religiously and steadily over 2 years, I was able to shed 190 pounds. Lost the HBP, diabetes and sleep apnea. I currently weigh 220 pounds, I'm 6'0" tall and sit at 14 percent bf. I did have some skin issues on my stomach, so I had a tummy tuck back in October of 2011. The doctor was able to remove 7 pounds of skin.

    I wasn't gaining any muscle mass whatsoever. Just dropping fat and whatnot with cardio and high interval training. I went to a hormone doctor and found out that my testosterone levels were crap and my estrogen levels were through the roof. So to combat this, I have been on testosterone for the past year. I go to my doc every week and get a dose of 200mg. I've also been prescribed Arimidex (anastrozole) which I take 1mg tablet every week to help stop the estrogen conversion.. I have gained a good amount of muscle, but nothing impressive and it definitely helped me get the last 40 pounds I was struggling to lose.

    I did experiment with pill form of winstrol for a few weeks. 40-50mg daily. Just hope to get a bit more educated and get help getting shredded cuz my 5-6 days a week of gym are leading to very little gains and it's driving me insane. Main goal is to drop my body fat and gain some substantial mass.

    Ready to get the body I deserve. I need some help with a great regimen.


    I have read a lot, tren , winnie, anavar , test, etc. I need a good regimen. No bull... I ask guys at the gym at the gym all the time to help me out but no one is willing to give up the goods. It's like it's a secret. I have a few fitness model friends on covers of magazines and they all swear they're not doing anything but I know they're full of $hit! But whatever ....

    Just need some tips on where to start and how to get myself going....

    First off WOW! That's really an incredible story. Coming back from morbid obesity without surgery makes your case very rare. For that you should be proud.

    If you planning on cycling aas, start doing research on beginner cycles. Read everything you can get your hands on.

    A good place to start off is by reading the profiles of all the different steroids on this site man. That's great you got everything together and had such a dramatic change! 95% of people definitely don't have the discipline to do it. Read up on what you would like to take, and look at other posts of steroid stacks. If you want to lose weight you could try a good fat burner like say lipo6 or research the Clen /t3 cycle. Your not going to drastically lose fat and dramatically gain muscle in one cycle. That takes different cycles and a plan of bulking for one cycle and cutting for another.

    The guy was recently morbidly obese with HBP, and you recommend lipo6, clen , and t3? Not smart.

    He said he doesn't have high blood pressure anymore and is fine now..but I didn't recommend it all together though

    BigGuy90 is right. I no longer suffer from HBP or anything anymore. All that went away by the time I got down to 300 lbs. I dropped substantial body fat percentages with lipo6. My BF was around 56% when I was 21. I'm sitting at 14 now. Just wanted some info and pointers on a good starting cycle to get me going.

    A fantastic story, well done. I started lifting as I was an alcoholic, stopped drinking and weighed 39kgs. Sort of began at a different low. That was 32 years ago, Find friendly doctors! Explain the situation, you do not want to get yourself back into bad eating habits or create a new problem.

    Good Deal - Here in a few weeks I'm gonna start doing some Hiking again. I've got a several guys and gals that go with me to Red Rock and Mt. Charleston. I'm hoping to get another member on here to go with us. It's some good cardio and you're more than welcome to come along. We'll be going Tuesday's, Wednesday, and Sundays.

    Well considering your on trt (test repla***ent therapy) and wouldnt have to worry about pct (post cycle therapy ), there are many simple options for you...

    Your taking 200mg/week of test right now.

    You could consider running another 400mg/week on the side for a total of 600mg/week of testosterone .
    That would make a substantial difference in your workouts.

    Or..

    You could continue with your 200mg/week and run a different hormone such as nandrolone , or boldenone on the side at around 300-400mg/week.

    Also, since your are on trt you could run an oral steroid such as dianabol at around 40-50mg/day for about 6 weeks.
    Orals have a higher potential to increase bp and cholesterol a bit more than injectables and should be ran no longer than 8 weeks due to liver toxicity.

    ehh idk if he would stick with 200mg/week of test if he were to run nandrolone at 300-400mg/week. Usually you want to run about 3/4 of nandrolone to test to avoid the dreaded deca dick.
