awright cutey! as long as we are saying it's Razr that's gay and not me we're good. =)
wouldn't it have to be nutritious to be in the nutrition section? if so, then you'd have to lose the lemon twist, I heard it's too acidic and can strip some of the enamel off your teeth?!

I never touch my face or mouth until after I have thoroughly washed my hands after leaving the gym. Other people can be really gross.
I am actually not as bad as I used to be but up until my late 20s I used to have these little routines I would do for everything you can imagine to help avoid germs. Now I am pretty much over all that but I still try never to touch my face or mouth (or food) unless my hands are freshly washed.

One thing people have left off of here......gear! Some AASs are notorious for lowering your immunity. Trenbolone frequently does this (the night sweats are your body's compensatory response to lowered immune system activity). A lot of people are unaware of this unknown side effect.
Couple this with a gym festering with numerous viruses looking for new hosts and you've got a great environment for infection and illness.

might i also suggest something a little different?
you can go to walmart and get sugar free #1lb of psyillium husk fiber for $8. I know not what you are thinking, but there's a reason i preach the shiit. it cleans you out like a whistle, makes you regular as fuk, and seriously makes you feel better. worth a try...

have u ever tried kefir for digestive issues. fter fermenting for 24 hours and strained, the liquidis whey protein and probiotic with lots of healthy bacteria for digestive system and lactose free. grains are reused and grow so can give them to others! I learned of this when I was having severe digestive issues from a gal who nearly died from Chrohns. She changed her diet and started the kefir and now Chrohns free. I have pasted on grains to OP will diversiculitis (sp?), IBS, colitis, etc....and they have wonderful results (if they have get with it)
stuff from the stores is bunk IMHO.
