Arrow Clen and calorie defiect diet not working

Gf lost 80 lbs , does cardio 6 days a week and 3 days a week resistance training . Using clen around 40- 60 mcg eats clean, no cheats and is eating 900 calories to stay above the nessary calorie intake. Weight shifts from 163 to 169 but won't drop below 163 and there is no weight loss, she holds a lot of water... I've tried everything, her weight won't budge now

Need some help or peptide suggestions , thanks

I'd suggest hormone panels just to see what's going on.

I'm looking into T3 myself for next year.

additionally, an investment in body fat calipers might be appropriate.

it is possible she is still losing body fat, but picking up some muscle, giving the appearance of not making any progress.

and total contratulations on the 80pounds lost so far are in order. for some women, weight loss can be very difficult

One thing about our bodies is that it is extremely adaptive. It will adapt to most any situation. If your gf eats 900 cals a day I would expect her body to lose weight then become super efficient to run her vitals at that caloric intake. I've always liked carb rotation diet and the theory of carb confusion. Like muscle confusion, your body never knows when it's going to get carbs so it burns fat more efficiently. I've dropped from 16% bf to 9% bf using this method. I'm not saying your gf will make a dramatic drop in weight if she carb rotates. I guess what I am saying is that she should try a change in her diet strategy before she begins a more taxing chemically induced weight loss program. I have a lot of faith in diet induced results.

This is exactly my point. I change up my food and exercise program every 6 weeks. You don't necessarily have to change the total caloric intake per day but for example if she is eating 5 meals and taking in 900 calories. Change it up to 6 or 7 meals and spread out the calories over the 6 or 7 meals. I also prefer to see no carbs with the last couple meals and just have the protein, Greens and Fats with those meals. Just my .02. Good luck

Like I said the diet is dialed in and monitor and adjusted accordingly . Only thing I can think at this point is hormones causing the issue

Get her "Free T3" levels checked along with a full thyroid panel. That would be your ticket if it's a hormonal issue.

    It's possible that:
    A) TSH is low
    B) Her thyroid isn't making use of the TSH/t4 and there are conversion problems to t3. If this is the case, T3 or dessicated thyroid would be an option. Most doctors are uneducated in the field of endocrinology, so you'll have to do some research and spoon feed your doctor information to get anywhere. In the end, they write the scripts.

Google up "end the thyroid madness." The site you'll find is very informational and helpful.

It's been three months, I spend 6 hours a day researching diet . I'm confident it's not that. I've done everything but put her on a 500 calorie crash diet. It's been 3 months that she can't get passed 160 and fluctuates 9 lbs, she lied about the clen , she hasnt been increasing it past 40 mcg.... Face palm. 3 months ago she jumped back on birth control and gained a noticeable amount of water in a week, like 15 lbs I ha to go to one of the pros I train for diretics to help her lose the water fast, she came off tht birth control after 3 weeks and since then no weight loss or if she starts losing 1-2 lbs in 3 weeks she gets her period for 10 days and her weight sky rockets . Lyle McDonald talks about new diet u have to spend 2 or 3 weeks fighting water before fat loss occures but this far in she should be fine, a female ifbb pro at her work says she might not be eating enough. I understand calories out calories in. I got a basic panel done but the dr didn't call back. I will go get a hard copy and look at it and request one for free t3. I'm thinking GW50 before t3

Tell her congrats on the loss thus far. My wife lost about 80lbs as well. Took her nearly 2 years and she rolls comfy at around 140-145. She would like to be 130 but her body fights her for every calorie after 140lbs. It's like the body finds a comfort weight and then it's a real bitch and I think for women it's even worse. She is on thyroid meds and estro/test meds. Womens hormones are wacked ALL the time!

Not to worried about it. We will get together and straighten things out in a cpl weeks. I do some seasonal farm work that makes me work about 17 hours a day for a month or so and good food options are pretty scarse. We will get things dialed in though when I am back to one job and a normal life.

Thats less of a joke than you think. I mean no disrespect but I spoke to my wife about this as it seems they are in a simialar boat. Whe I explained her daily cals and the problem she said "is she cheating when at work" she runs about 1200-1300 and losing slowly again as long as she stays away from 1500 but she cringed at the idea of 900.

You say she is on a calorie deficit....But I read that Clen needs some carbs with it to work optimally.

But nonetheless on 900 calories she should be dropping. Her body may have adapted to that level of caloric intake. If that's the case, then she needs to have a weekly refeed to spike her calorie intake. Sounds strange I know , but it works.

Everything diet wise I have done with her, I'm pretty knowledgable. It's a hormone issue that I'm not familiar with but I am lost on the influx of hormones around her period and why exactly her birth cOntrol did to her.

1.) i increased her caloies again for the past 2 weeks, by 700 her weight didnt go up at all, in went down a little actually but already this week shes bloated really bad weight spiked 8 lbs over night and this will probaly last for 10 days then she gets her period for 7-8 days.

2.) I need to get options on safe pharma diretics , not the over teh board night before a show or the crappy supplement store kind either.

3.) i might order her a few bottles of GW1516 and see how she responds to this.

4.) t3 is still an option i suppose , not sure if she should be running it with out clen as she has to take 3 moths off clen right now.

5.) she wont do if, shes a kunt if she doesnt have her breakfast

6.) keto or limited carbs might not work as she becomes ****ing evil, but if i can get her to stick with it past 3 weeks it could work in theory.

Ive never seen anyone i have helped lose weight hit a wall this hard anot not budge for months and months, i told her at least by an increase in calories, largly a carb increase of 700 calories its a good thing that she hasnt gained weight, just maitained. This time last year when she was very stressed out and unhappy she was 10-15lbs lighter.
