ECA stack

Sorry Guy's,not sure if I have posted this in the wrong place. I am trying to find a thread that explain's about an ECA stack. If anyone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

this is a safe stack only you will know what dose is right. Start at 25/200/50 and work your way up till you get to shaky

If you're referring to the proper ratio it's easiest to remember 3-2-1.
25-30mgs of Eph, 200mgs of Caff, 100mgs of Asp (also effective are "Low Dose" or baby aspirin at 81mgs).

That thread helps. Thanks. Now that I know the proper ratio for the doses how many times should I take them per day ? Also,what if I take the recommended ratio and I do not get shaky or feel the effects ? What do I increase.

well i'm assuming you will definitely feel that much caffeine, imagine drinking 8 cans of coke back to back. i wouldn't worry about increasing the doses for at least a week, until you get a good feel for everything

Neither!
That is the optimal ratio for the stack. You can however, safely administer this stack 3x daily at intervals of 4-6hrs, but one should not exceed 100mgs of Ephedra within a 24hr period.

Now of course you can drink a Coke or otherwise consume caffeine related products, but the stack is considered complete, unless you go "additive" with something like ECAY or another variation.
