uneducated cycle ends unsatisfactorily

Hello all, been a while since Ive posted here on my own thread. Primarily due to a discouraged cycle. Just want to let you know what the results were. Never got past 174lbs, no PCT ended up costing me 80% of my gains, and lack of proper nutrition got me nowhere...Not to mention horribly low sex drive. Just wanted to say to all the the younger, uneducated guys out there wanting to cycle for the first time, please, become educated and listen to the veterans of this site. They dont B.S.!

None! My source went sour and I felt like I fvcked up from the get go. I'll make a return here soon and have everything prepared so that I dont make the same mistake twice. Right now I just wanna focus on getting my diet nailed down...SHIT thats hard. Current weight: 166lbs.

Hopefully you realize how hard War, Reed, and T-Mos tried to make sure you did your shit right. There are no easy shortcuts in life and to get the results some of the guys on here have takes hard work and dedication not stacking every roid you can get your hands on. Goodluck sticking to the diet bro, and be thankful you don't have (female dog) tits.

Ya, im not cool with the gyno thing. Luckily my body is not prone. And you're right, it does'nt boil down to how many hormones you use. Just wish I would've realized that. But hey, we live and we learn...and then we get really small balls.

meal 1: 700 cal mass. shake (55g protein)
meal 2: 6 scrambled eggs/LG wheat baggle (roughly 600cal., 45 protein)
meal 3: whey shake, apple or banana (250cal, 40g protein)
meal 4: baked chicken (6-8oz) and two fresh veggies (400cal, roughly 45g protein)
meal 5: pre-workout whey shake with (3 tbl spoons of honey), apple or banana (300cal, 40g protein)
meal 6: post-workout whey shake with (3 tbl spoons of honey) (200cal, 40g protein)
meal 7: 6-8oz steak with 2 carbs dense veggies (potato/rice) (700cal, 55 protein)
meal 8: Lg bowl cootage cheese and peaches (400cal 35g protein)

I usually have a large container of mass gainer I sip on through out the day at work when hunger strikes. And lastly on the test thing, Im using test prop. Is it okayt for me to stick with prop for the remainder of the cycle.

I will post another picture here sometime today hopefully. Im at work and a lil busy. T-mos, what do suggest on this?
To many shakes and not enough real food......Clean up your diet before you start this cycle because if not you are not going to be happy.....

Thats my primary motivation in my regimine right now. I have to get this diet down to a science before this next cycle takes place. Which brings me to a question Ive been meaning to ask the vets: Does making a shake out of whole foods (oatmeal, yogurt, etc...) still count as a "shake"? This is important to me as I am structuring a diet around a 10 hour 6 days a week work schedule. Also, what calorie range should I be between @ being 166lbs for (clean) bulking? Thanks.

If that's you in your av you're actually looking pretty good... if you get everything straightened out I think you have a lot of potential.

To find your caloric needs use this formula: 66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years) then multiply it by your activity level:
# If you are sedentary : BMR x 20 percent
# If you are lightly active: BMR x 30 percent
# If you are moderately active (You exercise most days a week.): BMR x 40 percent
# If you are very active (You exercise intensely on a daily basis or for prolonged periods.): BMR x 50 percent
# If you are extra active (You do hard labor or are in athletic training.): BMR x 60 percent
Then cut back from that number accordingly (usually around 500 calories to start).

Good luck getting it turned around.

Wow Monster, that's one heck of a formula. I'm gonna have to do that one when I have free day LOL. I appreciate the help...and yes, that me in the av.

And Chuck, 95% of that 20lbs was water. The other 5% I actually did keep. Woo-hoo. But yes, PCT wouldve helped with everything else. Im still feeling the repercusions from that damn DECA! The term deca-dick is no exageration.

Anyhow, Im getting everything lined out. Once my body makes a full recovery, I will begin another cycle thats rather mild. Preferably something to give me a slow steady gain.

Lastly, will some please answer my shake question the posts up? Thanks.
