OK

so guess i should do an update since i have not updated since about week 5 hahaha

OK WELL... here goes

I start PCT today. And took my first 100mg clomid and 40mg of nolvadex at lunchtime around 1PM.

My strength has improved dramatically.

I am still making strength improvements up till PCT.

My weight is sitting at 97kg (213 pounds) atm. No doubt carrying lots of water. Trying hard to keep the water there. Also gained a bit of fat, but im not worried too much about that cos i have made great strength and size improvements.

i had pictures up b4 but i removed them about week ago cos they r pretty revealing and i kno people on this thing. long story. but yeh

pictures will come up at the end of pct. this was more of a log for myself then others to see.

Seems like hardly anyone posts progress pictures.

Unless you're a dealer or have the cops after you there's no reason to worrie about pics as long as you crop out the face ect.

There's no better way to gauge progress and get good advice then to post up the result.

no its just that i hav a very distinguishing mark on me which ppl would know.

but i totally understnad where your coming from and i have 2 weeks left of pct. So when my pct is finished i will take photos then combine them with the 4 weeks prgress photos and post them up

Too bad with the mark, but if I were you I'd simply blur it out, which is quite doable unless it's a huge scar or something else. But if you feel more secure not showing pics as long as you're on, then sure I can follow your line of thoughts.

yeh

2 weeks into pct....weight is 95kg morning weight. So I have lost 1.4kg to my morning weight so far.

2 more weeks until pct finishes and i will post pictures as well..

Things I have noticed in the last 2 weeks have been huge loss of aggression in the gym..

Motivation has dropped, and i find it harder and harder to eat the adequate amount of foods and such.

However, I am eating every 2 hours still....to the extent where i feel kinda sick hahaha. Im determined to keep the majority of the gains. Clomid was a bit weird in the first week. Made me kinda moody and dizzy.

But otherwise its been good so far. Strength is still going up. Even though weight is going down

so im happy
