I've done a couple of Primo only courses. Personally I think its a nice
cycle with good returns in lean muscle gain and some strength increases, but I found
protein levels need to be a little higher than test
cycles to yield maximum results (2g per lb of lean mass)
It really depends what you're looking for out your
cycle. If you're looking for a little turbo boost with minimal sides, then Primo at around 200-300mg per week is a nice course. As for
PCT, you can easily get away with taking Nova, but i've always used
HCG.
You keep pretty much most of what you gain from Primo courses too. 200mg or Primo and 200mg of
EQ is an even better combination and sides are kept to a minimum.
But the big problem with Primo is actually getting proper gear. Most of it on the market is either plain
oil or re-labled low dose
