Newbie!
Hi everyone! Im new here and am looking for more info on diet/exercise/steroids/supplements. I'm on my first cycle of anavar under my bfs watchful eye (1wk in), and am excited to see the progress. I will be taking progress pics shortly, but in the meantime I would like to connect with more people who are doing/interested in the same thing. =) Not looking to show at this point, just see what I can do with my body.

Hi! Im currently about 150lbs and 5'3", and much softer than i would like. I put muscle on easily and have done lifting/soccer since hs. I got the pig flu 4 months ago and since then have had some lung/pneumonia issues and have been VERY hesitant to start back on cardio. Well I'm feeling much better now, carry an inhaler everywhere and am a few weeks into getting back on the wagon. Before the flu I was down to 137 and getting leaner but not and toned as I would like. Working out 5-6x a week and eating lots of chicken breast/tuna/veggies/oats etc... Starting the same workout routine/diet but upping the weights. Overall my goal is to visibly look toned, fit and lean. Not all that concerned about actual weight. Eventually I might want to do a fitness comp, but want to test the waters with anavar first. =)

welcome.....good luck......anavar is a good start.....check calories and dont for get the good fats....cardio is a must but control your heart rate.....
