because they're using scammer's tactics. Private messaging people on boards such as ours, that don't allow open source posting, is a dead give away. It's totally disrespectful of the environment that we keep here. They know that these people are desperate for a source, and will try anything. They could go to the open source boards, but then they would have to compete, and to compete you need to actually deliver good products ontime at a reasonable price. That doesn't work when you're not legitimate.
