Yes, this is pakistan deca.
And if the box has the same exp and lot that the amp has then it is legit.
I've seen fake pakistan deca 1 time, in Dutchbodybuilder's "fake karachi sustanon" thread.
So I think it is legit.
But see the lot and the batch number on the amp.
If it is black and printed with a "dot matrix" style --> 100%legit
