Slow cutting diet phase. Help..
I'm 5'10" 191 today....Not sure on BF maybe 12-16%
My goal is to drop BF slowly of the next 6-7 week - so I am a solid 10% or less BF. At that time I will make nessassary changes to my diet so I can achieve a 3-4%(I will have 10-12 weeks to do so at this time) BF hopeing my weight will be in the upper 160's. I train weights 4x a week....currently doing 30 min A.M. cardio 3x / week.....60min A.M. cardio 3x/week. Depending on my activity level that day. No cardio on leg day.
Hope fully no more than 1 cheat meal per week for 6-7 weeks(holy f##kn holidays!)

2.5 cup broccloli
1 small sweet potato
lean protein beef steak/salmon/chicken/venison

I would like to know if you guys think this diet is a good place to start. Thanks.

1 cheat meal a week? You crazy lol??? My life would not be complete without my Saturday cheat "Day". I doubt 2-3 cheat meals once a week will adversly affect your fat loss efforts. Besides, you are not competing right? and its only 3 out of 42 meals.
Diet looks good tho man...

I would like to compete. I have a couple shows picked out in early April. I have never competed...basically I'm afraid to say YES for sure. Not sure if I have enough base to start with this time. Also afraid to fail.

i would say this is a good place to start. some suggestions:
-more protein in your PWO shake (maybe make it 1 1/2 scoops)
-perhaps divide your calories a little more evenly between meal 2 and 3
-more EFA's

I know this is not the steroid forum but I just saw the cycle you have layed out. Seems like a lot of gear. 700mgs of test/eq a week. Just wondering...how many cycles have you ran before? I'd be surprised to hear that you need that much while cutting down.
