My "before" pic
Ok, this is me
Age : 22 Height : 6' 2" Weight : ~ 195 +/- a few Body Fat : I have no idea. I had it done with a caliper, but I don't think those work that great. It read 6.6 %, but when compared to others who say they are 6.6 %, I look about 10-12. Training : I'm about to start another cycle. I haven't lifted seriously since the end of last February. It's hard to lift once I start working. Some of you might understand, some of you might not. Dane26 does. Don't flame too hard. I'm not too concerned about getting the model or body builder physique. I just have to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Well, not so much faster, but it goes with the saying.

looks great bro. i'd say your bf is somewhere between 6-8.. u have good definition, and good symetry. need to work the legs a bit. But u look good.
My bet is you'll look frikin awesome after u add 20+ pounds and keep your cuts. what's your cycle gonna be?

I'm gonna be running Sus at 500 mg for 8 weeks and then add some winny in at the end. I know what you're thinking: sus and deca. But, I can't. Not yet. I'll let you know when I'm clear to run anything I want. When that happens, I'm definitely hitting up either EQ or Deca, so we'll see. I should be finished with my cycle around the 10th of December, so I figured after New Year's I'd start on some clen to cut things down again before I return to my "job". I'll post some more pictures later on of my legs. They are bigger than what they look in that picture. I have good definition in them, just not flexing in that pictures.

looks awesome bro. that cycle should make do wonders for you. i understand the training thing. my only piece of advice: if you want to continue to do what you 're doing, make sure you don't lose any flexibility. it will be easy to focus solely on training, but make sure you spend 5 or 10 minutes before training to warm up. i'm sure at this point you know a million differnt exersices. anyway, you got the drift. stay loose, get strong, and don't be afraid to drop me a line if you need some more specific advice. good luck
