Aches and pains
We all have them at one time or another, especially now days
What I'm wondering about is, other than using Deca, what TOPICAL applications are you folks using on those elbows and shoulders pre- and post workouts? I would think some form of heat application pre workout would help warm those joint/muscles up. Post workout icing is damned inconvenient until home. would like some thoughts on this. thx.

I usually just use tylenol when I ache.
Lots of aches seem to disappear as I get stronger, but some aches get worse. If they get worse, I usually try to rest that area for a couple weeks and see if it goes away, if not--time to see a doctor! (So far they all have taken are of themselves!) |

Thanks guys. I guess I should have specified pre-work out. I was thinking along lines of a deep heat rub at the elbows or a shoulder to try to "warm" them up prior to lifting, just to loosin' them up. BTW, is tiger rub a drugstore or online buy, I's assuming its like icyhot, heat type? thx
