shake it and tip it over it should have little tiny crystal like particles dripping down the sides of the bottle...thats how i tell....i am dumb so i hope others post as well

I'll tell you what I know, Stromba sure as hell doesn't come in 100 mg/ml.

This one is definitely a fake.
