Bought an elliptic machine to work on posture

I really like that machine great bargain has well, boxing day got it for 324$ was priced at 1096$

I gotta do an hour of this each day and stand straight, i really hope that it will help with posture and losing up the upper back, traps muscles.

SO far so good did it for 3 days straight and no pain, i do get a good leg workout on this too.

Never heard of this for your posture but i might give it a try
