ok bro's , finally i did it , here they are , just working out for 1.5 years , start on 70 kilo and 26.9 % bf , now i'm 78 kilo and last week 16.3 %bf , feeling good now

i will next year , could be again 2 sessions of sus/deca ,
i really did fine with that , gained about 8 kilo's , never had some problems with it , just a little hurt in the leg , so next , i did use the shoulder , want to lose some more fat , and i'm going hardfor the abs now , will see next pic in 6 months .... |
