my maxs? ull blow me out of the water... the main reason i did prop was for stregnth...
but my goasl are to get my bench to 315 and squat to 405 and hang clean to 330...
I was at around 270 for bench, 370 for squat, and 315 for hang clean
I am 22 Y/O... for another month....

cool cool, btw, me asking your max wasnt for the purpose of me "proving im stronger than you" bexuase of that bodyfat coment, if thats what it looks like....we got a lot in common dude ill be 23 next month roughly the same size same build.

its all good... we do have similar builds, but u actually look like u weight 220.... u have upperbody mass... i really dotn have much.. my mass is in my back and legs... my waist is 38...

i went with test prop only... tren ... was to damn $$$$$

update... i have like 3 days left of my cycle, adn i weighed myself and iw as 251 and i havent gotten fat gains since my lsast check.... sooo i guess thats that...
ill get more final stats after pct

I'm actually glad you held off doing tren . I NEVER recommend doing Tren for a first cycle.

How much do you weigh now? What are your goals? You look more cut, but IMHO you need to add some mass....I know it is hard for you tall people but if you increase your calories and increase your protein then it will happen.....Also don' forget your carbs and your fats, and your BCAA's.....

You make no sense.....You don't want to be accused of using steroids but your at home sticking yourself everyday????????? WTF??????? It seems like not only do you have to get your diet in check....but if your worried about what people are thinking then maybe AAS is not a good idea for you......

your bodyfat% was way too high before you start your cycle , i hope you wont end up getting gyno
