Can't really see much in the first 2 pics, but the pics in which you're curling you can see you arms and delts...and they both look good. You may want to do some forearm specific work in the future but things are looking good WRJ. Make sure you keep us up to speed on your cycle and don't forget before and afters dude.

Wow can't believe I found this thread ... it's only been seven years .... hahaha ...
This board is still going eh ... the cream rises to the top I guess ... Strong as ever I might add ... good to see ... Lots of vets now banned and the game has changed quite a bit also ... for the better it seems ... No more selflish promotion of UG Labs, good! If anyone cares to know, I've been off any and all steroids now for almost three years and it hasn't been easy ... NOT AT ALL but it's only worth using if you're disciplined enough to follow diet posts like beasts and PCT like Anothony R and Drummerboy (a personal friend) say to. Well this is me saying hello again and it's nice to be back

My leg workout is very simplistic. I stick with very heavy squats to the floor and throw in some heavy lying or seated hamstring curls to finish it off. That's basically it. |
