    switch it to ed injects and run the halo a week past the test/tren . looks good to me.

    ed injections with the prop/tren , and the halo up til week 11. it wasn't that hard to understand

    what was written was very easy to understand: ed injections and alter the halo regimen so as to last into week 11. got it. easy breezy. no worries. i may be many things, but stupid i'm not... however, i proposed two different ways of running the halo. either of which could be ran into week 11. neither method was specified as the preffered method in the above posts. i wanted to know which would be more effective:

    wk 2-11 10mgs before workouts only on workout days (ie. 5days/ week)
    or
    wk 7-11 20mgs ED

    so, basically, is it more effective to use a lower dose pre-workout for a longer period of time? or, would a shorter more concentrated dosing schedule be more effective?

    i don't know, but i wouldn't think it really matter. neither way will put much mass on you, so its just do you want to constantly be a little stronger, or for a few weeks be a good bit stronger?

    thanks bro. i'll give the first way a try to see if a get a workout boost. if its not enough, then i'll go the other route.
