I'm on BSS mostly, ******** occassionally.
Stats are 41 YO, 5'8, 181 lbs (this morning),
still natural (but looking into a first cycle)
Been lifting off and on since I was 16-17, the last 5 1/2 years straight.

Pureanger & Juiceslut:

Nothing really special to get hard, I do a diet of 1.75 gms protein per lb, 20% fat, balance in low GI carbs. I eat mostly real foods. Diet 6 days on 1 day off. I get around 14-15 cals per lb when cutting, 21-22 when bulking. Supplement with ECA, somtimes tricanna when cutting, multi vit, vit c, vit e, b-100 complex all the time. Use eca pre workout and hydrolyzed whey, dextrose, maltodextrin and glutimine peptides post workout. 1-2 gals water per day, 6 meals.

Training is HIT style, 3x/week split.

There are a lot of other natural guys here as well. I myself was natural up until June of this year, and I'm 34. Everybody respects everybody here...it's a lot like BSS.
