IGF is most directly influenced by HGH.

I don't think they checked prolactin levels, what does that affect?

My first cycle I did test and deca , I kept the dosages low at 1ml once a week for 8 weeks. I did a crappy post cycle so I got back on test for 6 weeks and came off with a decent pct, hcg ,anastrozole and chlomid. I took the hcg throughout the cycle and for PCT.

High Prolactin levels inhibit dopamine in the brain. This can effect sexual desire and performance.

I believe Deca causes that, hence deca dick. I could be wrong on that. I am not a steroid expert or guru by any stretch of the imagination....sorry.

its metabolites can stay for a very long time. I think it can be detected up to 18 months post cycle. Verses testosterone E which can be detected for like 3 months post cycle.

thats possible, HCG is a very short lived peptide hormone so I dont know how long its effects would last.

it shows prolactin levels rise after hcg use but doesnt say how long before goes back to normal. Maybe the deca and the hcg combined screwed things up.

Yeah.... i mean.... it's not 100% specific for "us" but i guess it's as close as we're going to find..... I'm still looking for some more studies on it.

I would assume.... in our "situation" the levels would fall after HCG is gone. Not 100% sure tho..... If I find anything i'll post it.....

There is a lot of contradicting data on this subject.

Some believe estrogen is responsible for the increase in IGF, but then, when one runs something that doesnt aromotase, such as Var, GH is raised.

When you block estrogen PRODUCTION from testosterone with an aromatase inhibitor in men, IGF-1 has been shown to go down, with no apparent effect on GH. On the the other hand, when you block the ACTION of estrogen with tamoxifen, GH generally does go down, as well as IGF-1. - Nandi (RIP)

    See how its conflicting...

HCG can increase estrogen directly at the testes and via aromotasation.

It can also increase progesterone levels.

It's clear after 5 pages and umpteen million recomandations that it's better to run durring then shock your nuts back in gear after cycle....The few times somone asked about dosage at the end of cycle, it's gets redirected to "better to use durrnig". LOL

Anyway, i will consider that for next time after reading this thread. Good stuff. However, It's too late for this cycle. I'm 3 weeks away from the end. I've seen it two ways on this thread, 500iu ED and 500 to 1000iu EOD. So whats the consesus?
