age 17
weight 140 height 5'11 waist 31 arms 16 and a quarter bench 245 x2 incline 185 x6 decline 205 x8 squat 285 x8 deadlift 315 x2 powerclean 145 x6 verticle chest 380 x8 military press 135 x8 shoulder press 120 x8 supplements: none at the moment, but in about a week ill start taking cell tech and aminos and if i find it, dermagain ive been in the game for four years, been real serious about it for two years, and have been dieting for almosr 2 years. Plans are to lift my ass off everyday and stick with supps for a while, then when im atleast 22 ill get some gear. right now im not two big on lifting extremely heavy weight other than chest, so i stick with light weights on arms and legs |

I don't understand why your dieting though? You weight 140? You should eat up and bring that weight up to about 180 or so.

I dont want to sound wrong here, but I do have to make this comment, There is no way your arms are 16 inches, and no way you are pushing 380 pounds. I am sorry for sounding like a dick, but dont come here and lie about what you can do to try to impress us.and one last thing 5'11" and 145 pounds is skinny no matter how you cut it, when I first started lifting I was 145 and 5'9, and it looked like I was crack head skinny

arms look a good 14 inches as its anatomically impossible to be 511 140 and have 16 inch arms kid eat and train hard but most of all dont lie

bro, not lying... but anyways that was a while ago.. my arms right now are about 15 inches (warm) i lost some mass in my arms but gained it everywhere else mostly... and my new stats are
weight: 155 (GIVE OR TAKE) bench max: 275 incline max: 225 verticle hammer press: 215 (430 total) per arm (x6) military press (in front): 205x3 squat: 335 (i know i need to work on my legs more) |

yea bro u at 145 u cant have 16's. im 6' and when i was 175 i had 15's. and how u goin to loose a inch on your arm when u gain 15lbs no doesnt happen. just eat and then eat some more.
