Here are some of my contest pics
I trained abs 4 weeks before the show and no other time, I believe posing and isometric contractions are the best for getting your abs in shape. If you do not have muscle density then you should train abs with weights to get them !! and let the diet and cardio strip the fat as well as an 45 minutes to an hour of posing a day !! 6-8 weeks out !!

Man, you look ripped. I am impressed with the level of your physique. Once you bring up your quads I think you will do some serious damage.
