Lower arm

This is what eating lots of spinach will do for you, no Anabolics required! LOL!

well that is a good question i have done years of research, iwould say probably a good 10 years of research. i have finally came to my conclusion that it is one of the best workouts for the forearm, the bad thing about it the workout only last about 30 seconds, if there was a way to extend that workout for another 4 minutes you would have some massive forearms.

LMAO!

Fortunately I have a female friend around at all times for such things. The 5 minute workout you mention is really about all of the time I spend training lower arms, my Dad looks like POPEYE so I think I have a gentic gift as far as decent looking forearms go?

It's genetics on this one, forearm genetics are like yours from father. I just wish to have genetics like that on all muscules DAMN I would be really jacked without much workout. That would be sweet.
