1-Ad amd 4-Ad, good ph stack?

hey guys im thinking about getting on a cycle of ph that includes 1-ad and 4-ad, i heard this stack is unbelievable. Im 20 years old, 5'7, 170 lbs and at about 15% bf and been training hard for 3 years. i heard mag10 is a combination of 1-ad and 4-ad, any suggestions guys id apprecieate it.
