ryan renyolds was freakin shredded in Blade Trinity, Marky Mark has massive biceps compared to the rest of his body comp. in 4 brothers. Christian Bale was sick the entire shootin for batman, i saw some behind the scenes of it where the camera men and friends of his were talkin about him havin to go to the hospital a few times and how he was sick like every morning. so because of the whole article earlier in this thread about him just gorging himself.. but he did look kinda bloated i thought in Batman so maybe it was a mixture of both.. eating a shitload to get weight on his emaciated frame. but then started doin some gear.. which your supposed to eat alot on anyways. brad pitt has time, money and the body type to be like that naturally. how bout Jose Conseco?? i think he juiced..(just a hunch)

Edward Norton juiced for American History X and he actually admitted to doing it. He wanted the part extremely bad and took the movie on 500,000$ pay when he makes multi-millions per film. He told directors he would go to any lengths to fill the part, and so he did. I think he wanted the Oscar which he thought he'd win for the film but unfortunately he didnt get it. He was nominated tho.

Dolph Lundgren (the huge Russian in Rocky IV) - No question, juiced
Stallone - No question, juiced
Van Damme - No question, juiced

Edward Norton - In a Vanity Fair article, he said that Arnold called him after American history X and asked him what cycle he was on, but he claimed he was clean. I don't know...what I do know is the guy is an awesome and dedicated actor, and if he is that passionate about his acting, I'm sure all the free time in the world coupled with a personal trainer, good genes, and a limitless health food supply is more than enough to get into good shape.

Pitt - I dont know, I'd imagine he may have done some light Winny or Var, but again, he has every meal cooked for him (Zone Diet) and a vcery expensive personal trainer, and again, a lot of free time.

Ryan Reynolds - He was some what built in Van Wilder, but he was pretty big in Blade, tough call.

I think juice is so common these days due to widespread info about it that people justs eem to assume that people who get big and ripped quickly are juicing. Don't forget when money and time are not issues, I'm sure some good legal supplements and the dedication to do so is all you would need to look like some of these guys....

My parents saw Hulk Hogan in Hawai, and brought back a pic of them with him. He's got HUGE arms, but a GH gut. He looks younger than the last time I saw him on WWE. He is even wearing a NWO shirt in the pic. (Funny since the pic was only taken afew months ago, and NWO has been long gone.)

I don't know bro, he really doesn't even look like he's on roids to me. Plus if he never worked out and just did it for 3 months even eating shitty I'm sure he'd have no prob gaining 10-20 lean lbs. and keeping it. I really don't think he juiced, I don't know why people say that.

I think Snipes probably juiced for Blade as well. That guy is pretty skinny (built more like a WR than a LB) in most other movies he's in. He does have some decent natural size, so maybe he could get there, but I just got a feeling he was on roids. At the very least a something to keep the water retention down.

And in doing so, I overdid it, because I also was just enjoying gorging. I was ignoring all advice about, "You should take it slowly, your stomach has shrunk, just go with soups." I was straight into pizza and ice cream and everything, and just eating five meals in a sitting. My stomach, it just expanded really quickly.

How sick did you get?

I got pretty sick during that time! [laughs] But I enjoyed getting sick, I didn't mind it at all. So in that short amount of time, I did actually go from 121 right back up to 180, which is way too fast obviously. And that resulted in some doctors visits to get things sorted out.

i dont think ryan reynolds juiced. he was in good shape but if he gained 20 lbs or so what did he weigh before? 115?
