    Little League World Series

I dont know how many have watched it lately but have you noticed that when the other team loses they start to cry. I know back when i played Little League we didnt cry after we lost we sucked it up and kept going. These boys are becoming too sensitive, almost like a bunch of girls. It makes me sick, after one strikes out, he starts to cry. If he makes an error, he starts to cry. If he gets thrown out he starts to cry, you get my point? I just think these boys got to be tougher then that. I would be embarrsed if I cried in front of my team. Becoming to many mommas boys. Also, have you noticed how small these kids are now? Some of them arent even pushing 100pds. When I was 12 and 13yrs old I weighed atleast 150. It seems like as the years go buy they become smaller.

I agree. A sport is a sport, suck it up and try harder next time. If you cry, you're not a clutch player. Clutch players are the guys that count and make the plays when you make them. They're the Vince Carters, Wayne Gretzky's, damn, even the curling champions. Kids are being trained too much as specialists at a young age rather than generalists. They're trained to do ONE thing great, and everything else shitty. If they can't perform, womp womp, they cry.

It's better to watch kids cry cuz they care as oppossed to a bunch of overpaid pussies crying cuz they aren't making more money.

Fuck them all, strike and I'm gone forever.

I have seen a lot of little league and this is all too common on these "select" teams. You only start to see the crying at this level. Ronny is right, these kids are trained to live and breathe baseball, 24/7, nothing else.

The parents are really pushing them at an age when a kid should not have to be that single minded. Kids on "regular" teams dont do the crying routine bacause it is still a game to them.
