    Super 12 Rugby

Just wondering if the rugby fans on AR are following any of the Super 12 on Fox Sports World here in the States
Must say I'm hoping the SA teams do better this year. A friend of mine is actually playing for the sharks, I played school rugby with him, pretty cool.

I go for the brumbies, since I'm from the ACT, I have to have some loyalty to them.

I haven't been following them much this year though...

Yeah we need more people on here that know what real spots are
I think the huricanes played the Cats right. The Cats suck SO bad despite all the talent they have. My hopes remain in the other 3 SA teams.

This is so awesome! I did not know that there were rugby fans on the AR website.
I play some rugby here in the states and just ordered FX Sports World to watch Super 12 and such. I haven't watched any recent Super 12 though unfortunately.. Anyone here still play some rugby??

Unfortunately i cant afford to play any more cause of the time off needed but a good game playing with mates in the weekend is allways good. The Hurricanes just drew with the Blues, being a canes supporter even i think the Blues were ripped by the refs call...........Hitman

Good to see we've got a couple more supporters here. I didn't watch any this week-end but I see the stormers and bull are 2nd and 3rd so SA teams doing ok. Sharks still in with a chance as well.
shannah I'm playing here in the states as well, my club's got div 1 playoffs on 4/17 in columbus, Ohio. Do you play for a club in the states or just fun?

I play rugby for a men's club and a highschool team, mainly to get the fitness in. The men's team is a Div3 team but we often play Div2 teams and beat them. Has your team got a website??
    The highschool website is: www.sonomadragons.com
The men's club website is: www.marinrugby.com

....and my SA teams choke in the Super 12 once again with only the Stormers making it to teh semis. Now I guess I have to wait and see if teh new coach can turn the Springboks (that's the south african national side for the americans on here ) around again.
