Working out & Tanning

If you tan then work out shortly after, does sweating diminish your tan?
i know it does with a mystic tan, just not sure about regular tanning.

what I've been told is yes it does diminish your tan you just had. you should not workout or shower for 3 hours after you tan. just tan after your workout

just tan after you work out, I find it relaxes my muscles after a hard workout.

the mystic tan, is that getting sprayed, and does that work?

first and second time i did the mystic tan it worked real good, ive never been so tanned, looked good for about two weeks.

i just went recently and the results were garbage.. not sure why it was different, but its blotchy and made my skin different tints in different places

It is good always for me. Just make sure that you put lotion on your hands, feet, and especially on ALL your nails. If not, it will be blotchy and spotted.

I tan after my workouts but I must say I don't wait 3 hours to shower and I have a really good tan so far!
