Deep Tissue Massage

Hey guys, not for sure if this belongs here, but. . .
I just got a deep tissue and if you have never got a massage, I encourage you to try one. Talk about intense, wow. I will probably be sore from it.
Gimme some feedback if you have gotten one and what did you think?
Some bodybuilders receive them because they believe it will stretch the muscle fascia and promote growth, don't know of an physiological explanation for that, but. . .

Deep tissue massages rock. I used to get at least one a week, then I ran out of money. But d*mn did they ever speed up recuperation time, or so it seemed. You will defintely be sore the next day for the first little while, that goes away when you get them more frequently. If you aren't sore have the therapist go harder. I thought I was the only one who had a deep tissue massage from Ma Hustler.
