    absess

    hello
ive recently had surgery for a pilodinal absess just belox my coxis, and it took about 7 weeks to heal, as the surjeol left me with a bid damm hole!

but i just started training and that thing got opened again,
can anyone tell me if that may be related to the intake of ant food supple like protein or creatine?

and what may i do to make that healing fast and efficient?

    thnx

Yes I can tell you that it is not....

Pilonidal Cysts and weight lifting do not mix.... (for a long time...sorry...

It will take time for you to heal the soft tissue involved... in this healing that you have now torn back open... you may want to check with your surgeon to see if you need to start packing it again or how to go about its healing... trust me it is not something that you want to let go for long... I have a guy that I trained that had to drop his training for 7 months to get things to a point he could train again without the worry of tearing the soft tissues again...

weight lifting = strain on the coxis always....

This website seemed to help him alot...and has a lot of answers to things that you may not have known about your situation... and that docs don't always tell...
